Preliminary Matters:

We will hold the October 5, 2009 Board meeting at Ridgemont Elementary School at 7:00 p.m. Prior to the meeting, the school will host the "New Employee Reception," which will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Items of Note:

Please let Linda Carney know if you will be attending TSBA’s Annual Conference in November. October 6, 2009 is a half day for students. Parent/Teacher Conference will begin at 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. October 12, 2009 is Columbus Day, which begins our full week of Fall Break. Classes will resume on Monday, October 19, 2009.

Announcement of GIFTS Grants (Item IV.):

Mr. Jimmy C. Smith will attend the October Board Meeting to announce the recipients of the GIFTS Grants.
